Whatever the fuck that is supposed to mean - I don't know. I don't keep track of all the stupid shit you're trying to piece together to prove you have a brain. I know the Three-part Separation Theory is not what it is described to be in our nation's best civics class, because, I am the only independent critical thinker on the fucking planet, genius.
The 25th Amendment, which I am sure you are well versed in its text, by now, and its underlying reasoning to protect the citizens from having to endure what we are enduring - didn't work. The inevitable has happened. Because the check on power that the Amendment was supposed to do was, and remains, vulnerable to the inadequacies of the three-branch separation - a partisanship contest to populate the three branches with politically aligned personnel. It's not that difficult to figure out - genius.
You know Joe Biden cannot be trusted to make reliably good decisions, and the powers of government are being controlled by the underlings who have their personal self-interests at the forefront of their thoughts, because ultimately they can blame everything on the goddamn fucked up in the head president. They go on to compose legislation, executive orders, and whatever else you, political geniuses, know of that controls the society, except of course, your intelligence. You brilliant genius, you!
That is what has happened, and it is maintained because of the "low-information" citizenry you are trying to describe. Like that is going to make the difference that you think it will.
You think everybody is going to smarten up to your level?!
Wake the fuck up, genius! We need a
new government charter system. You keep this under your hat. Don't go telling other people that somebody has written the first criticism of the three-branch government. We do not want to cause a panic.
