US District Judge Amir Ali, a Biden appointee, blocked President Trump from cutting billions of dollars in USAID and foreign aid that Congress authorized.
Trump will immediately appeal Judge Ali’s ruling.
“President Trump has the executive authority to ensure that all foreign aid is accountable to taxpayers and aligns with the America First priorities people voted for,” White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly said in a statement to Reuters.

Earlier this year, Judge Ali temporarily blocked President Trump from cancelling foreign aid contracts.
Judge Ali ordered the Trump Admin to restore funding for the foreign aid contractors after Trump froze US foreign aid for 90 days.
After Trump’s executive order to halt foreign aid grants, Secretary of State Marco Rubio issued new guidance to temporarily pause spending on most foreign aid for 3 months.
Judge Ali previously said Trump’s order halting foreign funding caused enormous harm.

These far left activist judges know their rulings will be overturned. Their goal is to try and slow down Trumps agenda!
Where it written in the U.S. Constitution that Federal judges can usurp the presidency and run the country themselves?
The president is elected by the people, so biased judges are canceling out the will of the majority of citizens.
These judges need to be removed."
It's clear that the determining factor in their rulings is whether it is a policy position of the Democrat party or not.
How many times does Judge Amir Ali make the same ruling on the same subject and be overruled.

Chief Justice John Roberts on Tuesday allowed the Trump administration to freeze billions in foreign aid payments for now, putting on hold a lower court ruling that required officials to spend $4 billion of that money by the end of the month.

Roberts, who handles emergency appeals from federal courts in Washington, DC, issued what’s known as an administrative stay – a temporary order intended to give the justices more time to review the case.

The order does not necessarily indicate how the court will ultimately resolve the appeal, though it could make it harder for the groups that sued over the cuts to recover the money approved by Congress.

Roberts ordered the groups challenging the move to respond to the Trump administration by Friday afternoon.
