Of course not. But here in the US, Trumpy got free recounts if the vote tally was close enough, and he went to court where he lost 60 times with zip wins. To win in Court, you basically have to show enough ballots in dispute to flip the election. Trumpy couldn't do that, so he was left with complaining mail in ballots were illegal ... after telling his supporters to not use mail in ballots. And even his own Sup Ct told him to sit down.

Well, that's the thing here. they didn't actually go to court. Pretty much everything was stopped at pretrial, by a judge. In each and every case. All the way up to the supreme court. Even Trumps own picked judges wouldn't take the case.

To boost his support... the American people know a police state when they see one and they won't stand for it... I know quite a few people who don't like Trump but are voting for him because of the unrelenting legal attacks he is facing.... 90 counts?... they are playing right into his hands just like in 2016...
The final straw would be for one of these liberal judges to get mad and send him and his secret service team to prison.... This is why Trump is being combative in court today....

I see the point. But that reminds me of how everyone thought Trump wanted Hillary in jail. But after winning the election, he didn't even try.
In politics, things aren't what they seem.
Trump seems like he's got a good reason to get revenge. This is the majority of where his support comes from. But Trump knew about the deep state and the swamp was when he ran in 2016, and didn't do anything about it, but put his own people in there and tried to be the kind toad.

Example: Trump was furious when he found out Obama was using FISA to spy on is campaign. One might think that the governments authority to spy on Americans without a warrant (FISA 702), was not only wrong, but also unconstitutional. So what happens when Trump takes the white house? He reauthorizes FISA 702.

We all know Trump has an ego problem. Put that ego into a position of power, like being the president of the USA.

When Trump stated, only a few days after the election, that he wasn't going to pursue it, I don't think his supporters were even paying attention. It wasn't publicized much.

This is the reason Trump needs to be found guilty of some of the 91 felony counts against him, and put into prison.

If we ever needed a literacy test now is the time. Trump cannot read. Neither can most of the poorly educated people he pretends to love, while privately despises.

Yeah, but Trump isn't going to be sentenced to prison. No matter what your pipe dream consists of, that is not going to happen.

The left knows this. FFS, if you're good at political plot twists, it almost looks like the left is trying to get Trump elected.

Trump bans bump stocks.
Trump increases the debt ceiling twice and suspends it for 2 years (after promising the save the country so much money that he'd be able to zero out the $28 trillion debt.
Biden didn't end fossil fuels in the US. In fact oil production is higher now than when Trump was in office.
Biden opening up millions of acres of oil leases in the gulf.

I was a salesman for a big part of my adult life. So I could see through most of Trumps BS. The way he embellishes things, the adjectives he uses, the way he sold BS ideas to people who didn't understand. (Make Mexico pay for the wall, zero out the national debt in 8 years, repeal and replace Obamacare while stating the government was still going to pay for everything). Learning that Trump was paying people to go on forums like this to see what republicans were saying, and then incorporate that into his speeches. This was done for obvious reasons. To say the same thing voters were saying, and pretend like he came up with those idea's or talking points.

As far as Trumps religious faith. That was an easy one to discredit. Cheating on your wives and family, for one. Another was stating publicly when asked if he ever asks god for forgiveness, he stated, "I don't do anything that needs forgiving."

So yeah, I didn't buy what Trump was selling. And what he was campaigning on replacing Obamacare with screamed socialism.

His con's go very deep. But he's got a mountain of supporters who'll defend him to no end. Even on things they'd normally object to. (IE bump stock bans).
Just look at what they've done to DeSantis. DeSantis can't win the nomination at this point. Even though most of his policies are much more to the right of Trumps. And his executive record is much more conservative than Trumps. Trumps supporters flooded the internet with all sort of lies and innuendoes', From claiming he's an establishment candidate to him being a groomer. Anything and everything to discredit DeSantis. And it worked.

Vivek made a good point the other day saying "DeSantis has been exploited by the wrong people." Someone that DeSantis may or may not agree with, donates money to his campaign, or simply makes a supporting statement on some MSM sunday morning show, and bam, they have him tied into the wrong people. As if they were secretly working behind the scenes with each other.

Con men will get support like that. For some reason they enjoy being lied to. As long as the one lying acts like he's doing it FOR them. It's real close to "battered wife syndrome." Or like an over protective mom of a kid on drugs, who simply can't stay out of trouble. She'll be there at every turn, with every dollar and excuse to keep him from facing punishment. All because she has this idea that he'll snap out of it and suddenly become a great person. They see only the good, and never all the bad things.
