They are all POCs...who would have guess something like that could happen >

This week, DHS announced that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents deported eight illegal aliens from Mexico, Cuba, Laos, Burma, and Vietnam to South Sudan because their home countries would not accept them.

The illegal aliens deported include five convicted murderers, one convicted robber, one convicted child sex predator, and one convicted rapist. Several of the illegal aliens were also convicted of assault, and one was convicted of kidnapping in addition to his murder conviction.

...In response, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin called the ruling “deranged” and referred to Murphy as an “activist judge” who does not care about American victims of illegal immigration. “These depraved individuals have all had their day in court and been given final deportation orders.”

He can object till hell freezes over and it won't make a bit of difference.

well it does not matter now, if they refused to accept them then they should be jailed in the US where they committed the crimes.

The countries are saying that the crime was committed in the US and they were found guilty of a crime and they should be jailed in the US.

It is problematic but if they committed the crime in the US and if justice is to be served then the US should jail them.

Sending them home would amount to be setting free after committing a crime.

Could the home country convict them of a crime they committed in another country?

The possibility exist that justice will not be served in the other country.

Any excuse to keep them here, so they can kill Americans in prison, escape, or be released by Democrat parole boards?

Mm no thanks!

They will be in jail. Once they serve their sentence then you can deport them.

the second consideration is that there may not be any justice for the victims if sent back to the home country.

Also their is a reason they have extradition treaties. Anyone who does commit a crime in one country then flees can be returned to that country.

Sending a person who committed a crime in one country does not mean that sending him or her to another country will result in jail time. So the possibility is that they may walk free.
