Benghazi Suspect Interviewed by CNN?

Lawmaker: If CNN can interview Benghazi suspect, why can't FBI? - CNN.com

Why hasn't the FBI nabbed this guy? Could it be to keep Benghazi off the front pages? I would love to hear nonpolitical explanations for our government's actions, but they are getting harder to find. Any thoughts?

The incompetence of this Administration is mind-boggling ....that or... they are trying to hide the facts from the American people.

The latter is more likely.

If I recall the NY Times had an article a week after the attack, that this guy was spotted at a cafe in Tripoli......
