While Democrats / liberals / leftists are more than happy to blame Harris's loss on racism and sexism and misogyny and bigotry any number of other things, one unassailable fact cuts through the noise:

Harris lost because 8,000,000 people who voted for Biden did not vote for her.
That's 10% of Biden's total vote count.

When Democrats / liberals blame racism and sexism and misogyny and bigotry and those any number of other things, they are blaming racist, sexist, misogynistic, bigoted ... Democrats.

Also, she should have spent more money on keeping the 2000 mules on staff instead of wasting money on celebrity endorsements.

Here's something to ponder. Mark Z spent five hundred million dollars paying for election operatives who went door to door passing out mail-in ballots, "helping" people to fill them out, and illegally delivering them to either remote ballot boxes or the polls. That's a lot of fucking votes.

This time, the KH team accumulated tens of thousands of people to go around knocking on doors, encouraging people to vote for her. This might have been the most insanely pointless election gambit in history. Very few people will vote for the person recommended by some random stranger who shows up at their door.

The second most pointless gambit was paying millions to get the endorsements of Famous People. It backfired tremendously, influencing casual viewers in the way opposite of what was intended.

That explains a lot of those lost votes. The rest can be attributed to having an awful candidate. Worse than Biden, if you can believe that.
