Sebelius had three years and over $400M to get it right the first time...can you imagine the kind of website you could build with a tiny fraction of that kind of dough? Wouldn't it occur to you to TEST it before launch to see how the servers would react? Forget for a moment the contractor already double-charged us, not them, US, meaning another meaningless number in government contracting goes unchallenged....nobody comes in under estimate for Sam....it's unheard of.

So now Sebelius' F-Troop will be replaced by Barry's A-Team....what an awe-inspiring change of course, eh? eh?
