the balloon atom is much smaller than the wavelength of heat or light. Spin of the balloon atom (the magnetic/gravity field coming from the core of the atom not a electron shell) is caused by the wave structure of energy. The wave has a peak temperature at its crest and a cooler temperature at its trough. When it passes around the balloon atom, it causes a temperature gradient across the atom. The gradient seeks equilibrium and the atom spins.

What a wonderful view of atomic action! The concept of temperature gradients causing atoms to rotate through their wave structures is novel. It sheds new light on how fundamental energy interactions affect atomic motion. Please explain how this approach could improve our understanding of atomic interactions!
