The trump Nazis just can't grasp the fact that a raise to $15/hour would only be bringing parity with the buying power of federal minimum wage fifty to sixty years ago. Since many U.S. businesses make it their policy to rarely pay any employee more than minimum wage, and rely on turnover to maintain a full workforce.

If any business is so tenuous it can only be sustained by paying workers too little to afford the basic necessities, that business is either poorly managed or provides a product or service of little actual value to the community. Or, the owner is a greedy pr!ck.

For what ever reason, if that business cannot survive paying employees $15/hour, it's better for everyone involved it goes toes-up.

On the other hand Biden has taken the steps to increase prices of our products and way of living by just his EO's alone and we will also have inflation. Tax increases come in many ways. If we did not have indexing in the federal tax tables, a family of 4 earning 50 thousand a year would be in the 50% bracket for the last few thousand dollars. That was changed in the early 1980's. and it tells you the inflation we have had as 50 gees is not a lot of money as it once was.
