Bad dream

I dreamt last night my dear old dog, that died years ago, was still lying in my living room, and I had to grab up his lifeless body and carry him out to the back yard to bury him AGAIN. Ever get that?

No. But, I think your dog knows you are still harboring sadness in some way, and is telling you to let him go. He is happy and safe now..and grieves that you still grieve.

No, but that is something that is tough to deal with though
