This is a gross, dangerous misstatement of the law. You may not use self-defense laws against law enforcement during their conduct of official duties. Even if it later turns out that ICE agents, or any law enforcement agent, was acting outside the scope of their duties, you still are not authorized by ANY law to shoot them. YOU cannot make the determination as to whether law enforcement activity is legal or not. Only a judge of competent jurisdiction can make that determination. There is no judge in the field. You do not get to see a judge until later. Therefore, if you know someone is a law enforcement officer and he orders you to do something, you have a DUTY to obey.

The AG knows this. Thus, the only reasonable interpretation of her bizarre comment is SEDITION.

Stand your ground cant apply during a protest thats obstructing justice. Thats like a robber who shoots a person during a robbery claiming a SUG defense.

Two things.

One- Stop using obscure and unknown Reich Wing Web Sites.

Two- Even if the story is true, so the **** what. Zimmer murdered Travon Martin using that kind of law. IF Zimmerman can kill a Black Child, the same law would apply ICE THUGS.

Somewhere in the distance, I hear Charles Darwin chuckling to himself at the thought of all the awards he's going to dole out.

Dipshit, there is a video in the linked article you can view and listen to her say it. Secondly, were you born retarded, or did you suffer some sort of head injury after birth?

So was George Zimmerman convicted of this "murder" you mentioned?
