Our current economic system does not work under the new reality. 100s of millions of jobs are about to be lost to machines. Even if you solve the economic issues, humans need to feel useful. I really no longer know anything but work. I am only fully comfortable at work. This is a rosey outlook on the situation. The economics of it does not matter if AI decides we are a threat.
