Brown's president and the RI governor have entered where they are supposed to hold the presser.

Edit: No approximate time given for the presser.

They are telling the media that a 20min heads up will be given on when. No commitment yet on timing of it.

Supposedly the vehicle of the new POI had FL plates.....Florida Man!

That said the plate was provided by a homeless man so who knows....Lots of rental cars have FL plates.

Florida plates in Boston very likely might belong to a rental car. I do believe they are wise not to issue a name if there is any doubt this person is the murderer. The media so often goes off half cocked and fills the internet with disinformation before we get to the actual truth of things.

Perp may be inside the storge unit he rented under his own name.
