That’s how I feel. I’m rooting for him to be at least somewhat coherent so that the Dems will have a harder time dumping him. He’s in a rapid decline phase, and the September debate will be between a cognitively intact president with good, pro-American policies and a failure of a President who by then will be in the equivalent of Stage 5 dementia.
