Are using cosmetics Racist?

Using cosmetics changes your looks and your appearance to something unreal. Most of those using cosmetics use them in hopes of changing their appearance completely (which only works in their minds) to resemble some other person or race.

Tanning cosmetics. Racist? People using tanning cosmetics to change their skin tones from light to dark or from dark to light? Often attempting to change their "color" from one race to another.

Skin bleachers? Was Michael Jackson racist? He obviously had hundreds of surgeries and skin color altering procedures to make him "white".

What about cosmetic surgery? This is used as "permanent makeup", as it's meant to physically and permanently change your looks.

Is getting your humped nose straightened so you don't look Jewish, racist?
Is getting huge breast implants so you have huge jugs that a white woman is jealous of black women for?
Is getting your eyes altered so you look more Asian, or LESS Asian, racist?

Is getting cosmetic surgery for the sole intent of altering your RACE, racist?

Getting help with medically inclined skin issues, uneven skin, or skin tags, lumps, and scars is one thing.
I'm talking about people who go to the lengths of actually trying to alter themselves unrecognizable from their true selves.
What do you think about all this?
