Are there any videoconferencing tools simple as Jitsi Meet?

Jitsi Meet used to be very simple -- you could just type in a video conference room name, and the room temporally appeared. Now it requires google login.

Are there any other simple video chat servers?

Idk what to tell ya. Facetime or the Google equivalent, and that's all I know.

Skype is ridiculously easy. Sign in, have your cam and mic on and make contact.
