Or is Azazel more like General Abner or The Apostle Paul?
Does this question even matter at all?
I became a member of the Worldwide Church of God led by Pastor General Herbert W. Armstrong in 1972. By 1990 I was reading near death experience accounts and I went into a pretty serious theological crisis. Here I am in January of 2026 listening to a rather scary NDE account that I feel I am in no position to rule out as an accurate testimony? What former Atheist and near death experiencer reports seems sincere, [but I must warn you, this is SCARY]!!!!

In this harrowing near-death experience episode of God's Voice Today, Bryan Melvin takes us deep into the realms of hell, a place of unimaginable torment, deception, and justice. What he saw forever shattered his atheism.Bryan was a self-proclaimed militant atheist, living a reckless life, mocking Christians at every opportunity. But when he contracted cholera and collapsed in his home, everything changed. He left his body and found himself floating toward a light, only to be judged by the love of God. That love revealed the truth about his life, his betrayals, and the darkness that lived inside him.But the most shocking part of his experience? Hell was not what he expected.Bryan describes horrifying layers of torment, souls deceived into thinking they were in paradise, and demonic beings who delighted in human suffering. The deception was so intricate that many souls never realized they were damned. And just when he thought all hope was lost, a presence approached.Jesus Christ Himself, not the soft, sentimental figure often depicted, but a warrior King, came for him. This is one of the most intense, detailed, and sobering near-death experiences ever recorded. A warning and a message of redemption for all who will listen.
I admit that this question is going to be rather controversial but a pretty powerful case can be presented from The Book of Job as well as from the Christian scriptures that perhaps, Satan is obeying every command that he receives from Jesus, [who apparently has the authority to send people like near death experiencer Robert Marshall back to this earth with a mission that is relevant for all doctors and all nurses and all medical personnel in the USA and Canada and all the world]!
So if Satan is working for Jesus what is his job perhaps rather like?
Well, on one level I believe that...
