Travis McMichael simply defended himself from a schizoid gun grabbing armed robber who attacked him. Contrary to the fake news narrative, the video proves conclusively that Travis was not "chasing" Arbery when Arbery earned his Darwin award by trying to steal a shotgun out of Travis' hands.

He was only convicted because the commie racist mob inside and outside the courthouse intimidated the jury.

The video clearly shows beyond any doubt that he only shot after he was viciously the schizoid convict.

The state of Georgia and a federal judge regard you a fool.

The victim probably shouldn’t even have been followed. He absolutely shouldn’t have been the target of a citizen’s arrest. And, unquestionably, he should never have been shot at all that day.

So, for the sake of the discussion, let’s say that the criminal convictions obtained by the prosecutors were perfectly appropriate and just. And let’s go one step further. Let’s say that the life sentences are also perfectly appropriate and serve the interests of Justice.

Given all of the above, the purposes of incarceration include: punishment, general deterrence and rehabilitation.

Jails and prisons are not supposed to be places where society sends convicted criminals to get brutalized, sodomized and murdered.
