Not moving ..I am stuck in Las Vegas until 2024-25

I may move to Phoenix in 2025!!

I heard Dallas is one of the last good cities left ??

San Diego is excellent. The rents are a bit higher than those other places you mentioned, but the weather is so moderate that you don't need heat or air conditioning.

If you go to Phoenix, be prepared for the heat. I have a cousin who lived in Sedona for about four years. He moved back here to east TN last year.
