This is the second random shooting of a woman just walking on the street......

Carrie Jean Melvin, a 30-year-old production assistant, was killed Sunday night after a gunman approached her from behind and shot her in the back of the head, according to local ABC News affiliate KABC.

At this point there seems to be no motive for the murder....

Was there a motive given for the shooting in San Fran? The shooting by a man deported 5 time but kept coming back to a "sanctuary city." A city where he knew they would not go looking for him?

I agree about what is going on, but I will bet it will come out that neither were completely random, maybe in the wrong place at the wrong time?
