Police in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts arrested Snehal Ansh Srivastava “Sasha Shakur” after a fatal shooting near Jordan Pond.

The victim, a 57-year-old man, was shot while confronting Srivastava vandalizing a footbridge. The suspect, considered armed and dangerous, was found hours later in a nearby home, prompting a lockdown of the area and a local school.

Srivastava is expected to be arraigned in Westboro District Court Friday on charges related to the incident.
