In another notable name-brand corporate relocation win for Dallas-Fort Worth, Cacique Foods revealed plans to shift its corporate headquarters from California to Texas.

The family-owned Hispanic foods maker of cheeses, cremas, chorizos and salsas is looking to Irving as a hub to better serve customers from a central location, improve efficiencies and promote team collaboration.

Moving from the LA Basin. Interesting. Opening a dairy processor in Amarillo. OK I can see that. They had cattle in Chino, but those are high concentration, higher cost. Monrovia was ag before 18mm people showed up. Amarillo dairy costs would be cheaper because of the large ranches in West Texas. That fits.
