The OP makes a great point. Most dictators who oppress the population live like royalty while the people live like animals. That is your typical communism.
I see a lot of cheap shots at the church, which has become as tiresome as it is predictable. This is the favorite tactic of the left. When you can't possibly defend something, you divert attention to a completely different subject. You sound so childish.
People voluntarily donate to church. Commies force people to abide by the will of tyrants. Clearly, liberals see no difference between the two and that is apparently the only argument you guys can come up with in response to a ******* dictator living like a king while the people starve and live in complete chaos. I take it you have no response to the horrors of a communist country. Don't be afraid to look at them for what they are. The only thing you have to lose is your diluted vision of what communism really is all about.
Perhaps some of you should look up the definition of free will. Some ceded it so long ago, they forgot what it feels like to make their own decisions. Anyone who isn't outraged at people suffering under the rule of arrogant dictators clearly isn't at the helm of their own life.
The OP missed the obvious, people at the top live well, including those who run things that are supposedly totally unconcerned about earthly wealth. Do you know what Jesus said about storing up treasures right? And the Vatican has some of the very best ever created. One cheap shot deserves another.
Dictators force people to live a certain way. They take away their freedom, liberty and redistribute money so no one can live better than the next guy. As for themselves, they engage in capitalism and make sure they only have the finest things in life. The people have no choice at all.
Do you have any comment on dictators who oppress people or not? You are and others are doing your best to change the subject here and it almost sounded like you were defending the wealthy tyrants. They are at the top because of sheer force and they keep people at the bottom by sheer force. Are you or aren't you okay with that?
