One person committing a crime does not make an entire political party, ideology, or identity morally responsible for that act. That logic would mean every group is guilty of mass violence, because every large group contains violent outliers.

A straight male shooter makes straight men responsible.

A conservative shooter makes conservatives responsible.

That's obviously false. Groups don’t share a nervous system.

All you’ve shown is that a bad person existed inside a large group of humans. Awful people exist in every worldview. Politics doesn’t filter for mental stability, impulse control, or moral character. Blaming entire groups for individual crimes is just using tragedy as a weapon against people you already dislike.

You’re turning explanation into justification.

Frustration alone does not cause murder in any moral or logical sense. Lots of people are bullied and never hurt anyone. The difference isn’t how frustrated someone is; it’s whether they choose to externalize that anger into violence.

Saying “stop making them angry” shifts responsibility away from the person who pulled the trigger and onto bystanders. That removes agency from the killer and turns them into a passive victim of circumstances, which isn’t true. If frustration were a valid excuse for killing, then every atrocity in history becomes defensible.

You’re redistributing the blame for a murderer.
