I do lift weights but have never taken steroids unlike many people that will sacrifice their health to increase muscle mass. Many women are doing steroids and screwing up their hormones. Many experience a deeper voice, a change in their sex organs, increased body hair, acne and thinning hair on their scalps. This is very sad.
