One of the points of discussion that came up was how some liberal commentators were in favor of trump's move to lift the sanctions on Syria. Obama's former NSA Ben Rhodes being one of them.

I heard it reported on MSNBC's "All In" with Chris Hayes and he too thought it made some sense to give the new leadership a chance to be a government the US could support.

This praise happening with the backdrop of trump's repeated violations of court orders and constitutional law during his presidency. Not to mention his other violations of law in and outside of his time in office.

Which made me wonder if people have become so frustrated with the paralysis and conventional thinking in DC that they are willing to overlook lawlessness in order to get things done. One of the panel members on the show suggesting the old adage of people responding to leadership still resonating with the public.

I get the frustration with gridlock. Even the attraction of out of the box thinking. But going outside the law to get things done can't be tolerated or this isn't America any more.

.All it is programmed to do in a message board is start pointless TDS threads.
It's possible the comical ineptness and weepy cowardice of the Trump admin has a purpose, to deflect away from that admin's corruption, and from their attacks on democracy.

That is, it's possible that the Trump cultists on this thread aren't as crazy as they sound. It's possible their whimpering here is really a calculated and brilliant way of pushing fascism.
