The Republicans have also tried to get involved in our sex lives. They've tried to interfere in decisions between a patient and their doctor. You're just talking about fiscal matters. That pales in comparison to Republicans trying to physically control you. I'm afraid you're being very selective in your use of words. If you want to talk limited government you can't pick and choose. If you go all the way, you're not a conservative, but a libertarian. Conservatives like to control people.
