The thing is, we need to certify elections, but should not be forced to rush into doing so to meet impossible deadlines so long as there are legitimate questions. Remember the hanging chads in Florida? We want to certify elections, but we also want to be sure we are fact-checking them to be sure they are fair and accurate and is being done right.
