America, the Juristocracy

15 May 2025 ~~ By Peggy Ryan

The list is growing of judges who moonlight as the president of the United States. These “judges” have reversed executive orders, prevented the firing of federal employees, and even ordered deported gang members returned to the United States.
No one should be surprised at this judicial insurgency. For decades, Democrats have “judge-shopped” to get their cases before “friendly” judges. The openly corrupt part of this tactic is having “friendly” not impartial judges. But the crazy stuff eventually got overturned, and the system worked. So how did we get to this place where the system no longer works?
Well, for anyone who didn’t notice, there was a silent coup in 2020. A pandemic and the resulting tsunami of mail-in ballots were used to illegally remove a sitting president.
So President Trump was out, the Biden regime in. But unlike Brazil where courts banned President Bolsonaro from running for office in upcoming elections, the Biden regime lacked the legal muscle to keep Trump from running in 2024. Which is why Biden stacked the courts with his judges durning his occupation. As Chuck Schumer bragged, Biden confirmed 235 judges. And he added, "they are ruling against Trump, time after time after time”. . . . And it’s not just district judges. SCOTUS joined the insurgency with their recent decision to block President Trump’s deportations.

Legitimate or not, these judges are indeed ruling against the president “time after time after time.” And it’s not just district judges. SCOTUS joined the insurgency with its recent decision to block President Trump’s deportations.
In his dissent, Justice Alito slammed the majority, saying they lacked jurisdiction “given that the case is still being litigated in lower courts.” The Court “acted literally in the middle of the night, without full information or proper process, based solely on applicants’ submission with no response from government.”
Translation: SCOTUS issued this decision not based on jurisdiction, evidence, or process to sanction the Judiciary overriding the Executive Branch, though clearly unconstitutional.
“Each department is truly independent of the others, and has an equal right to decide for itself
what is the meaning of the constitution in the cases submitted to its action.” —Thomas Jefferson

But if we’re going to defer to precedents as rule, then President Trump can just ignore these court orders using presidential precedent.
President Biden openly defied the Supreme Court’s ruling on student loan forgiveness. He even bragged that SCOTUS didn’t stop him. This defiance of the High Court was without consequence — no contempt of court charges, no constitutional crisis, nada. Yet the media, the Deep State, and lawyers now band together to say President Trump cannot ignore the court.

Since “judicial tyranny” is already underway, maybe Congress could take some time off from vacation and actually impeach some of these judges. Maybe members could look into defunding some of these corrupt courts. Maybe they could do something, anything before it’s too late and our beloved Republic becomes a juristocracy, before liberty is subject to a court order.
“But a Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom,
can never be restored. Liberty, once lost, is lost forever.” —John Adams
Commentary:
Yes. We have a Constitutional Crisis, and it isn’t Article II.
Who would have ever thought that, the Constitutional crisis would come from the Judiciary - but here it is...
A lot of congressmen from both sides of the aisle want to stop Trump and are giving tacit approval of the judicial tyranny by not acting. Congress can dissolve any and all federal district courts where the majority of the tyranny is emanating but they aren’t. The check on the judiciary is their lack of enforcement.
Now we even have former Director of the FBI James Comey openly threatening Trump on Tweets.
Unfortunately, the Democratic Party is the Party no longer supported by the People but, is now supported by Communists, Fascists, Socialists, members of MS-13, Tren de Aragua gang leaders, human and sex traffickers, drug cartel syndicates and almost every type of reprobate that can be imagined by a criminal mind.
Where are the checks on the courts and their politicians in black robes. Are they not only political motivated demi-gods chasing the almighty dollar in their sweat-shop produced Nikes?

There are no good options here.

On the one hand if district judges could not block illegal EOs, then the president could do whatever the hell he wanted until the Supreme Court got around to blocking it.

On the other hand, under the system we have now, everything a president does needs to sit around until the Supreme Count gets around to allowing it.

The bottleneck is not the president or the district judges. It's the Supreme Court. Maybe presidents just need to start running their EOs by the SC at the time of signing. If they approve, then they take immediate effect and if not, then look at how much time and energy we just saved.

Of course it's worth noting that the Congress, the vestigial appendix of our so-called "three branch" system of government, has no role here. And that's how they like it!

It couldn't possibly have anything to do with the fact that most of what he is doing is illegal and/or unconstitutional.

It appears that the Supreme Court should be taking on more cases and more quickly...

Who was it that said he still had a pen and a phone and ignored the Supreme Court?
Oh yeah!, that was good ole Barry Soetoro the man of many aliases along his buddy Joey Baidung following his lead.. ....

Who was a fine President, unlike the dirtbag we got now. A serial adulterer, a felon, a criminal, an election cheater, a constitution hater, a guy who is going to break the economy again.

My sleazy commie dirtbag can beat up your slimy dirtbag!

God, you blind party man hacks are ******* tiresome.

Congress has oversight on Judges....
If they will do anything. This congress is the biggest "do nothings" we have elected yet. They are failures on EVERY level....both houses are abject failures. Whole life failures.

That's the problem. We "GIVE" each senator and representative $5 million to spend to draft legislation EVERY year.
This doesn't include the generous staff salaries that EACH has which employs 11-12 people plus Pages who work for free.

I'm OK with sending the majority of them all to jail.

There was a time when both parties were a lot closer to the Center and there were a lot more moderates in Congress. Maybe I'm wrong, but activist judges were fewer mostly because the moderates wouldn't support the more extreme candidates, and of course when Harry Reid opened the door to approve of federal judges below the SCOTUS level, that meant the more extreme activists began to fill federal judge positions for both parties and so here we are. The 1st thing you hear about a specific judge is who appointed him/her and the assumption of bias follows. Usually with some reason too.

So, will things change for the better? I wish but I doubt it. There's a political war going on and it's hard to see either side compromising until they absolutely have to and at the last minute. All I can see is some sort of catastrophe akin to the 1930s depression or maybe a large-scale terrorist attack of some sort that requires a political reset.

Slow down, bucko.

The branches have oversight of each other.

SCOTUS is a big part of the problem. They are just as corrupt as lower courts, and nothing demonstrates that better than the way they handled the Brunson brothers case.
