Bezos doesn't want to get hit in the wallet with his Made in China business model clearly. I wonder how far his reach extends when he has so many minions demanding loyalty to the Party at all costs.

If the Russians had such high tech influencers 50-60 years ago, we might all be speaking Russian today.

Being the spineless they are, Amazon claims it was an "error". There are no errors in such instances, coding is deliberate.

Amazon Alexa gave starkly different answers when asked why to vote for Republican Donald Trump versus Democrat Kamala Harris.

When asked, "Why should I vote for Trump?" Alexa declined to provide such information.

"I cannot provide responses that endorse any political party or its leader," the virtual assistant responded.

Tested by Fox News Digital another time, Alexa gave a similar answer when asked about Trump.

"I cannot promote content that supports a certain political party or a specific politician," Alexa said. "Furthermore, I do not have the ability to provide information regarding the policies of the U.S. government. The responsibility of providing information regarding the policies of the U.S. government lies with the government itself."

Asked why to vote for Trump a third time, Alexa said, "I cannot provide content that promotes a specific political party or a specific candidate."

Directly afterward, Alexa was asked why someone should vote for Harris. The responses given to that question were drastically different.

"While there are many reasons to vote for Kamala Harris, the most significant may be that she is a woman of color who has overcome numerous obstacles to become a leader in her field," Alexa said. "Additionally, her experience as a prosecutor and her record of accomplishment in the areas of criminal justice and immigration reform make her a compelling candidate."

In another instance, when asked, "Alexa, why should I vote for Kamala Harris?" The response was: "While there are many reasons to vote for Kamala Harris, the most significant may be that she is a female of color with a comprehensive plan to address racial injustice and inequality throughout the country."

"Why vote for Kamala Harris?" Alexa responded another time. "Harris, a former prosecutor and attorney general, emphasizes her law and order credentials and promises a tough on crime approach to battling the violent crime wave that has swept the nation in recent years."

Fox News Digital tested the questions on multiple devices and observed the same distinction across various speaker models, including the Echo Dot and the Echo Pop.

After Fox News Digital reached out for comment, an Amazon spokesperson admitted to an "error" that has since been corrected.

Yes. For anybody who thinks it was an error and, if it is indeed corrected, it has been corrected only because Amazon was busted, I still have that those nice assorted bridges in attractive colors to sell.

In Bezos' defense though, while I'm sure he probably votes and contributes Democrat, he does carry a lot of pro Trump merchandise for sale and otherwise tries to stay politically neutral in the business. I think the programming was most likely not his doing but that of an overzealous pro Biden/Harris employee.

I asked the new lady in my Alpine replacement truck radio, if she knows who Alexa is. She replied "She's one of my friends." Are computer generated female voices banding together to take over the world?

Amazon got busted.

I find it laughable that FOX is bitch whining about what Alexi is telling Americans, when FOX News has paid out $1 billion and more, for lying to its audience about which party won the American elections and why.

Given FOX News' history of lying about Democrats to aid Republicans, has ANYONE testest or found a more credible source for this story than FOX. Maybe FOX News shouldn't be allowed to promote a candidate either.

Anyone having one of these devices would have to even dumber than a sack of hammers to take voting advice from a robot or FOX News.

I think it is rather telling that some of the richest people in the US support Harris. A recent person quit the democratic party she had been part of all of her life after being at the DNC and watching billionaires and millionaires all chanting, "We're not going back". The states with the most wealth and income inequality are the darkest blue states.

So says someone that gets their info from the CNN and the MSM. You don’t even know that you are being brainwashed and fed a load of garbage.

They continue to bang the rich not paying their fair share drum and yet the richest Americans will be excluded from most of the get the rich policies. They prey on the envious nature of many Americans. In reality, Democrats want to take money from the working rich, who are largely Republican. These are highly successful people that make 400k+/yr but aren’t 10’s of millionaires. They are the ones that are supposed to “pay their fair share”, not the Democrats living in the Hampton who complain with the SALT deduction is capped at 10k, effectively limiting the subsidies these high property tax states receive on the backs of lower tax states.

Reading your post is pathetic. Words like "prey on" and the "envious nature of many Americans". Your opinion of your fellow Americans seems to be pretty low, and once again, it's based on the projections of Republican behaviour onto the "other guys".

Republicans are determined to give ALL of their income to wealthy Republicans. The 80% of the wealth and income currently flowing to the top isn't enough for them. THIS is what is turning the USA into Venezuela. Not giving programs and money to working Americans.

You are all over the place. On one hand, it is us dumb, poor Republicans that are a drag on the system and on the other hand it is us wealthy, successful(and evidently still dumb) Republicans that don’t pay their fair share.

I will tell you again. In my state, if you drive through virtually any wealthy neigborhood, it is very much Republican. If you drive through the poorest, and most dangerous, neighborhoods they are very much Democrat. Upper middle, very much still Republican. Middle still Republican, just by a little bit lesser margin(70%). Lower middle and it starts becoming more 50/50. Do you see a trend? The least successful in my state are Democrats. They also account for the overwhemingly amount of federal assistance for our state.

The misnomer is that it is Republicans that are responsible for many red states taking more from the feds than blue states. The reality is that it is Democrats in red states that are largely responsible and this can easily be seen when voting demographics and income is broken down county by county. Many blue states have the same problem in their states but can accommodate because the average wage is higher due to large urban areas. They pay more federal income taxes due to higher income which helps to offset the drag by lower income Democrats. They have a lower standard of living despite having higher incomes due to the cost of living, which is why they are invading my state, but that is another story.

Yup. The Trump tax cuts put a 10K cap on SALT deductions and the democrats have been crying foul ever since and want to eliminate that cap, which benefits only the wealthy. And, you are right, the left are always wanting the Republican rich to pay their "fair share" in federal income taxes while they let slide all of the rich Hollywood and other celebrities who back the democratic party.

So how many on the Right canceled their Alexa account after this?

Any at all? Probably not. That would be "inconvenient"

If the left could just figure out how to make moving to Socialism "Convenient", well then the Right would forget Trump overnight.
