Assymmetric warfare is devolving into pure barbarity when civilians are deliberately targeted and even funerals are legitimate targets.

I pity the poor victims whose grief was compounded by jackals who would target a funeral.

The point is the event itself showing no respect for life at any level or form

I don't care what the date is, other than it was recorded within the last 15 years.
