I got a letter from some tunnel authority in Hampton, Virginia where I owed $7.67 for going through a tunnel down that way.

I've never been through that tunnel in my life. There was even a pic of someone's license plate, but it was not mine.

I just round filed it.

It's phishing of a sort. I just ignore it as I get them a lot.

I get more, "This is the loan department..." messages that curiously have the same name but 200 different phone numbers.

Congress really needs to do something about the spam phone calls.
