Alec Baldwin walks out of courtroom during prosecution testimony

Normally, the court bailiff wouldn't allow a defendant to get up and walk out of the courtroom, so not sure why no one stopped him, but walking out in the middle of testimony in your manslaughter trial isn't a good look.

His lawyer's reaction is also priceless...

Its okay, he's a Hollywood Dimtard and protected.....

That prosecutor's lucky he didn't shoot her in the face.

TASE that mother fucker and then elevate the level of restraint until you find something that's effective.

If that requires him to sit there with a sawed-off shotgun barrel taped into his mouth, well that's a risk I'm willing to take.

The party of shit tells us "Nobody is above the law!".... right?

The way he was rocking back and forth, maybe he had to go to the bathroom? :icon_rolleyes:

That said, despite the judge withholding the fact that he was a PRODUCER of the movie (putting him in CHARGE of every aspect including gun safety), Baldwin had the responsibility of checking the gun for its load and NOT pointing it right at another actor when he fired it. He also once said that he had good knowledge of how to use a gun.

Seems incredible to me that live ammo made its way onto a set, past the person in charge of the ammo and weapons, then past the actor using it who then fired it directly at another person.

The armorer, who's already been convicted of manslaughter, is going to testify for the prosecution against Baldwin. Should be interesting...

Baldwin apparently wasn't raised around guns but was trying to make a western.

I feel sorry for the armorer, in the back of my mind I know she was set up.

I don't think she was set up. She's incompetent, and was hired because Baldwin was banging her.

I'm thinking it had a little help from the AD. The same thing happened on sets he was on twice before.

That's too many times to just be a coincidence. Not to excuse what Alec did, but I think he had a little help.

And that AD skated clean away, huh?

Baldwin has been in multiple movies where he handles many weapons and certainly is aware of gun safety rules.

Baldwin is a jerk

And is civilly liable for the victims death

He had the final responsibility for making sure the weapon was safe and didnt do it

But he’s not a murderer
