You should read the stuff you link to before posting it, especially when you call me a liar

For example, the unread paper you linked to has a Revision Date: Revision B, October 3, 2013. Now, try to follow, is October 2013 before or after the Oct 2014 data set forth in the chart.

If anyone is wondering why the coverage area shifts over the year, it's because OCO-2 depends on reflected sunlight to make measurements, and the sunlight isn't strong enough during the winter of each hemisphere.
