The reporter asked her what the Chain of Command is with the takeover - she replied "what does that mean?" and someone else stepped in to answer the question.

Didja know..... Many languages are 'Tonal Languages'

It's almost as important 'how' you say something as it is 'what' you say.

In Chinese (a tonal language) the word ma will mean one thing but when pronounced to come out ma-ah, or MA or ma or 3 or 4 different other ways of saying the word, depending wher you place the emphasis, they all have different meanings. That's why so many Asian languages have a sing-song sound to Western Ears.

Even in western languages, how you say something can be almost as important as what you say.

So I guess what I was asking was, -- was her answer with a 'hand-on-hip' **** you attitude, a taunting attitude or with an "I am really that stupid" look on her face?

But if you got the impression she really is that stupid, that's good enough for me.
