After jay jones, democrats have no room to talk.

So you condone political violence?
No, not at all!

Simple message of, Dirty tricks, don't always turn out, as planned....

If Rs had released the emails they had and were holding on to during the primary, Jones would not have been the candidate....the Rs could have stopped a candidate who made awful threats like that....

But the threats were obviously not their main concern...

Their main concern was dropping this info they held in their hands, at the last minute, in October, so to give their R candidate a win, at the last minute, by not having enough time for the Democratic party to do anything about it....

That backfired. End of story.

In the old days, October Surprises usually worked....but I think in today's era...October surprises are TOO LATE to impact the vote as they once did because we have a very wide window of Early voting now in October and some states beginning in September....and many votes are already cast before the Surprise, is known by voters.

Recognizing that it would take violence to hit someone's home to make them even consider their position isn't the same thing as saying someone should commit violence on them, so yes. Sorry your October surprise fell flat. Better luck next time.

Wow, but the left got so much in a tizzy when gosar retweeted a video that made him look like a super hero which happened to have a half second clip of some anime character stabbing AOC. They thought it was so horrible they demanded his censure and stripped him of all committee assignments, but an attorney general candidate makes a comment like this and dems elect him.

Has trump ever called for the murder of someone's family?
During his 2016 presidential campaign, Donald Trump explicitly stated that the U.S. military should "take out their families" when dealing with terrorists. This was widely interpreted as a call to kill non-combatant family members of suspected terrorists, which would be a violation of international law and a war crime.

This Jones email was never public nor meant to be public ...and rile up others in to violence or give others ideas of doing bad things like Jones imagined...
like the released retweet stabbing of AOC anime of Gosar's ....

When they got bent out of shape when Gosar retweeted a anime showing a character stabbing AOC, when they got bent out of shape because of any of the tweets trump made, and they voted for the guy who said his opponent and his children should be murdered, the group that laughed and mocked kirks death. You no longer have room to criticize. You supported jay Jones despite his violent tweets.
MAGA forfeited the right to say anything.... zero integrity. You guys can set your hair on fire and whine all you want. Nobody outside of your 40% bubble gaf.

You approve of political violence. Shame on you.

Jones apologized for those tweets, has Trump ever apologized for ANY of his. I voted for jay Jones despite his violent tweets, not because of them. And don't forget he was running against a Republican so it was a no-brainer.
You are a flower of humanity. Men who say they will do heinous things as politicians will doit if they get the opportunity in a changed political system.

Private venting vs public post. The violent right gaslighting as ususal.

What politician on the right has said things like that? That someone's family should be murdered.
How about Dick Cheney's family?

@blastercan go **** himself.

At an event in 2017, Trump encouraged the police to rough up protesters. "Please don't be too nice," Trump said.

In 2018, Trump praised then-Congressman Greg Gianforte (R-MT) for assaulting a reporter. "Any guy that can do a body slam, he is my type!" Trump said. "You know, that’s nothing to be embarrassed about." Gianforte pled guilty to misdemeanor assault.

During the protests following the killing of George Floyd in 2020, Trump tweeted, "when the looting starts, the shooting starts." The phrase was used by notorious segregationist George Wallace and others to justify police brutality.

In a September 2020 presidential debate, Trump refused to denounce the Proud Boys, a militant far-right organization, telling the group to "stand back and stand by."

After he was indicted for fraud in New York in March 2023, Trump warned of "potential death & destruction" that "could be catastrophic for our country" if he was convicted.

**** you, Blaster

In a video, Lake said, “If you want to get to President Trump, you’re gonna have to go through me and you’re gonna have to go through 75 million Americans just like me, and I’m going to tell you … most of us are card-carrying members of the NRA.” Lake continued to say that it was “not a threat,” but “a public service announcement.” She later defended her comments, posting on X, “I meant what I said.”

Lake also encouraged her supporters to arm themselves during an April campaign event. “They’re coming after us with lawfare. They’re going to come after us with everything. That’s why the next six months is going to be intense,” Lake said. “We are going to put on the armor of God. And maybe strap on a Glock on the side of us just in case.”

Hey Blaster - **** off.

In June, North Carolina Gubernatorial candidate Mark Robinson (R) promoted the murder of "socialists," "wicked people," and other perceived enemies. “Some folks need killing,” Robinson said. “It’s time for somebody to say it. It’s not a matter of vengeance. It’s not a matter of being mean or spiteful. It’s a matter of necessity.”

Robinson has also said that he owns semi-automatic rifles in case he needs to use them against the government, the Charlotte Observer reported. “I’ll tell anybody, I got them AR-15s at home and I like to go target shooting and all that. That’s not what they’re there for,” Robinson said in May. “I’m not ashamed to say it, I’m probably not supposed to say it, but I’m gonna say it anyway — I got them AR-15s in case the government gets too big for its britches. Cause I’m gonna fill the backside of them britches with some lead.”

"A bullet to the head". Nice. But why is Blaster a piece of shit?

A 2021 CNN investigation found that Greene “repeatedly indicated support for executing prominent Democratic politicians in 2018 and 2019 before being elected to Congress.” In one instance, Greene liked a comment calling for the execution of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) with “a bullet to the head.”

And yet I have no idea who the first person is and I never saw anything about the second. I guess we left leaning independents tend to not follow silliness too closely.
