Daws is generally correct on most of his post, while Lonestar is just flatly wrong, period. Any honest GOP or Dem acknowledges that.

who the **** is noone?really? I would say, you've been dishonest for so long you don't even know it's dishonesty.Damn you people just can't be honest.
You can say whatever you want. No one would believe you.
I don't care if it's offensive. I don't even know why a federal court cares. Does it break the fighting words exception? If not, then I don't care. If some punk is acting like a ******, I'll call him a ****** and he'll just have to do whatever it is he decides to do. I don't beat around the bush for anyone. If you live down to your lowest common stereotype then you are going to get a tongue lashing if you mess with me.
Now here's what I want to know. If a black guy calls another black person ****** while harming him, is it considered a hate crime?

what does it mean, to act like a "******"?
lazy? chasin' white women? suckin on welfare? makin lots o babies then running away from child support?
talking about watermelon, fried chicken, corn, collered greens?
that's what we call racism.
No, it means running around with your pants around your ankles and participating in some gangster shit. I could care less about chicken and watermelon. Name one person who doesn't like chicken? And the term "******" to me isn't exactly race specific. I know plenty of white *******.
all the definitions for acting like a "******", are racist stereotypes for black people.
thats why the term is racist and its workplace harrassment to call a worker such a term.
the federal court was right.
Juvenile justification for bad behavior.I don't care if it's offensive. I don't even know why a federal court cares. Does it break the fighting words exception? If not, then I don't care. Not really a classy way to act as an adult.
I can put someone in their place without ever having to resort to racial slurs and most times, without even using profanity. Often, I use profanity as a shock value to let the person I talking to know that this particular statement is important for them to learn. I don't use profanity or racial slurs in everyday language or communication with others.
It isn't necessary and exposes the person who does as immature and incompetent.
So, because someone you cared for was hurt by another who happens to be black, you are going to take it out on all blacks.Juvenile justification for bad behavior.I don't care if it's offensive. Then by all means take the higher moral ground if it suits your fancy. Just try to act like an adult the day someone you care about is hurt by a ****** or a wigger, or some other dumb ass marginalized by society who took the easy way out.
Federal jury: N-word has no place in workplace ? even between black colleagues
I like this ruling.
The "N" word is offensive when white people use it.
Its offensive when black people use it.
Self-hatred is no less offensive than racism.
Now here's what I want to know. If a black guy calls another black person ****** while harming him, is it considered a hate crime?
The act would have to be followed by another crime but as a minority they could not be charged with a hate crime. Calling a ****** a ****** is not a crime. Calling a ****** a ****** and bashing his face in is a hate crime.

And the term "******" to me isn't exactly race specific. I know plenty of white *******. This is MY definition of what a "******" is. I obviously don't go around to my affluent black co-workers and call them ******* because they aren't.
