Russian citizeship is a way better, but it's more expensive (and not only in money). If you want to become a citizen of the EU - they'll give you money. If you want to be a citizen of Russian Federation - they can ask you to give your life. But anyway, there are hundreds of thousands of those, who migrate in Russia and ask for Russian citizenship.
