“The Justice Department once again failed to convince a grand jury to indict New York Attorney General Letitia James, another embarrassing loss for the Trump administration which has tried to charge the president’s foe in a mortgage fraud case that career prosecutors have long viewed as weak.”

Trump wouldn’t be suffering these embarrassing losses if Trump wasn’t obsessed with seeking revenge on perceived political enemies.

The prosecution of James is lawless and unwarranted, another example of Trump’s abuse of the judicial process.

Old news.

Lets see. One US Attorney loses her job. Then two different grand juries in two different city, say no, to indictment. Looks like Donny is just screwed.

It's all about who you believe is competent, intelligent and or not corrupted. Trump fights back. And he broke through the racial card wall proving that there are African Americans that are not that good in their professions.

What? Are you saying the prosecutor this time was an African American, and lousy at their job, and that is why the DOJ lost again?
Nah, it was same as last time. No Case.

Can you say PRESIDENT Donald J. Trump? Tissue?
That would be more respect than he would get from me. But, feel free to follow me around the board and attempt to correct, while I call him, Don, Donny, Convict Don, inmate number P01135809, Donny Dumbass, Felon in Chief, etc.;)

And violate your oath of service that you were touting. He IS YOUR commander in chief in case you forgot. Maybe you should be recalled.

I have been Honorably retired from military service since the late 90s. He is not my Commander in chief. Last time I even did contractor work, was after the Bush economic crash, but they did quickly reinstate all my security clearance, as that level of access was necessary for what they wanted me to do, but even those expired again after 2016 or so. Maybe you could let him command you, if feeling that subservient to the ass hole.

Yeah, your oath of service is only as good as your word. Your word isn't worth anything. Nice to know that your loyalty to the country retired with your time in service, maybe that cush pension should too.

My Oath, was the Officer's oath, to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic and bear true faith and allegiance to same. It did not mention the President or Commander in Chief. You are thinking of some other oath.

Try again, you're a disgrace to the uniform. You are also required to obey the orders of the president and your superiors as part of their duties. Traitor.

You got the wrong oath, dumbass. If you not believe the screenshot, look it up, yourself.:9:

You were a member of the military---a lousy one---but you took the oath of service as a member of the military and Yes, you are bound to carry out the orders of those officers superior to you---that would include the COMMANDER IN CHIEF. You should be tried for treason. BTW, you've got the juvenile part of avoiding the truth down with the vulgar emojis. Grow up junior--glad you're not commanding troops anymore. You're a disgrace.

When did your visceral hatred for Donald Trump first appear?

No matter how you want to deflect, or change subject, the fact you are trying to avoid is Letitia James, the New York Attorney General, initiated a civil fraud investigation against Donald Trump and the Trump Organization in 2019. The investigation focused on allegations that Trump and his associates inflated property values to secure favorable loans and insurance terms.
In September 2023, a New York judge ruled that Trump and his companies had committed fraud over several years. The judge ordered the termination of certain business licenses and the dissolution of some companies involved.
As of December 2025, Trump has been found liable for fraud, but the appeals process regarding the penalties is ongoing.

And, of course, trump has 3 times failed to get a case, against her, losing one US Attorney he tried to appoint, and having charges dismissed. Then having two different Grand Juries in two different cities refuse charges against her in a little over a week, that Donny's DOJ tried to prove, but failed. Your felon is losing in court again, and again, and again.

Live with it.
