You can bet a chunk of them will come from the Ready Reserves and Inactive Ready Reserves.

Not the lionshare by anymeans, but enough to be an impact.

I'd disagree with that commander. I think we need those 55,000 troops here at home to be with their friends and family, along with all the other American troops around the world.
