Adam Schiff, long a popular figure on Republican donation solicitations - he's such a dirt bag - has now come to light as one of those jag-offs in the House who lives in the DC area, but pops by the "home" district a couple times a year to raise money and vote. We're he a Republican, he surely would have been indicted for fraud long before this, but as a protected Democrat he has gotten away with it for a couple decades.
Consider the following in light of Trump's problems in New York for fraud, for supposedly mis-stating the value of his assets on a loan application.
"According to their mortgage documents, the Schiffs affirmed in writing that the Potomac home would be their “principal residence.” Yet, the following month, in July 2003 (and again in July 2004 and September 2006), Schiff registered to vote as an eligible Californian, according to his voter registration. He used a furnished Burbank rental apartment address for these voter registrations."
This pattern continued through at least 2020.
Should the incoming Trump Justice Department look into this?
