Where have you been? The ACLU has been tearing the Constitution in shreds the last several decades. Anti-profiling laws/regulations or work standards have been around for a long time and it hasn't stopped profiling. Profiling in good part is based on personal issues with a particular race or ethnic group and that is not likely to change.
