My understanding of pro-choice logic is that if the unborn human is unwanted then it is nothing more than an inconvenient blob of cells that can be disposed of most anytime. If the unborn human is wanted, it is a babby.

Correct.

Prior to birth a woman’s rights are paramount, where neither the father nor the state may interfere. See: Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992).

If he does interfere absent a woman’s consent, he is indeed subject to criminal prosecution.

Privacy rights concern civil law, where the state is prohibited from dictating to a woman whether she may or may not have a child in the context of substantive due process. Murder, on the other hand, concerns criminal law in the context of procedural due process, such as violations of the Unborn Victims of Violence Act. It’s important not to confuse civil with criminal law.

Remember also that the law does not consider the embryo/fetus to be a ‘person’ prior to viability, which is why abortion is not ‘murder.’

The Bible places no value on fetuses or infants less than one month old.

Fetuses and infants less than one month old are not considered persons.

I view this just like I would any other drug a man slipped a woman without her knowledge. It should be illegal.

Point was, the prosecutors dropped the "Murder" charge.

Frankly, I think "Fetal death" laws are bullshit. This guy was guilty of assault, nothing more, nothing less.
