Just like in the UK.. Amazing. Where is your famous first amendment now serfs ?
Of course it is right that laws protect women seeking healthcare from religous nuts.
Not much of a “win” for the pro-abortion crowd.

It merely keeps in place an 8 foot distance ban of protesters from patients near the buildings.

Pro-life protesters are peaceful and don’t generally get in people’s faces like annoying leftards do when they protest something.

So rest assured, the baby killers are still going to have to put up with seeing signs and people correctly calling out their disgusting, murderous actions.

‘In a loss for abortion opponents, the US supreme court on Monday declined to take up two cases involving “buffer zone” ordinances, which limit protests around abortion clinics and which anti-abortion activists have spent years trying to dismantle.’

First Amendment jurisprudence has long held that time, place, and manner restrictions on speech are perfectly Constitutional and indeed do not violate free speech rights.

One would hope that the Court declined to hear the case because of that settled, accepted precedent.

Yes, they do. I have seen it several times.
