Whose propaganda is this? Or is it a straight and truthful story coming from Germany?

If it clears America of the bombing then it has to be Germany's government propaganda meant to clear America.

If it establishes that America was involved then it's straight and truthful.

And too, the notion that a private yacht and six men and one woman could have done it, strains credibility.

A large amount of explosives, deep diving capability, and decompression safety requirements, breathing air mixtures at depth, and other requirements wouldn't have been possible.

Sy Hersh still tells the most plausible story by far. And Hersh has a long string of exposures of US covert operations to back him up.
