A proposal in Iowa's capital city to cut back on the number of birds people can raise in their backyards has led to a chicken parade in protest

this is different a chicken parade. protest how many chickens people can have. i thought all they had in iowa was corn.

Yes, corn is the major crop in Iowa.
But pigs are the #1 livestock and consume most of the corn grown in the state.
Which is why Iowa has large hog slaughter house's and processing plants. That ship pork products all over the world.
