It's a big future market for them. Petroleum is a lot more useful for other stuff than as motor fuel. If they want to survive they need to develop a more diversified economy, and dump the terrorists they keep as pets. They have two now three industrial cities downstream.. Jubail, Yanbu and a new one. It's seamless... and pretty damned spectacular. Ten years ago they added 500,000 new manufacturing jobs.
