Red State! Amen.
Let’s start with DOGE. Rooting out absolutely appalling and corrupt spending may end-up (alone) saving us trillions.
It also means that we won’t need such massive mindless budgets in the future since it suggests that, going forward, we may scrutinize what programs these spending authorizations would allow.

Let’s add to the DOGE success by making specific mention of the enormous and putrid slush fund known as USAid. Some weeds simply need to be pulled-out, including the roots. It’s no wonder the pigs are squealing.

Not only is our unnecessarily porous southern border getting successfully closed to casing hordes of illegal aliens, but the illegal aliens already here are getting kicked the fuck out with some brilliant selectivity to get it going. Why wouldn’t we want to tell invading criminals that they must leave?

Elimination of federal requirements for the major canard known as DEI. The goal of hiring anyone for any position or job in our overly-large federal government is supposed to be obtaining smart and hard working people to do what we ask government to do. The goal is NOT to achieve some ephemeral notion of a diverse work force. The reality remains: we also don’t approve of racism in the job-selection process. But, to the extent any such latent prejudice exists, the remedy is to punish such bosses for engaging in racism. It is not to require racism.

Our military. President Trump is genuinely strengthening our military capacity. Some brilliant folks observed long ago that the job of a military is to kill people and break things. It is hoped that such violent behavior won’t be needed. But, if push comes to shove, it is good to have a military capable of doing that set of chores. Again, we don’t need a diverse force. We need a powerful and effective force.

With some specifics, what other big successes or moves in the right direction has Trump accomplished so far?

[NOTE: We already have dozens and dozens of threads started by our usual suspect liberal trolls which seek to attack and denigrate President Trump and his actions and statements. (Take that one note symPHONY, bug, for example; please.) So I’m not looking for the readily predictable dog-piling from our libturds. PLEASE TRY TO LIMIT that kind of bullshit to your own threads, libs.]

Trump should balance the budget and have congress pass a law that the government must by law balance the budgets either through cuts or revenue addition for the next 15-20 years.

That would require a balanced budget amendment which hasn't generated much interest in congress in the past. It would be the fiscally responsible thing to do, but it is difficult to accomplish. I would love to see it, but I don't think it will happen.

With the inclusion of some safety valves, I truly support a balanced budget amendment.
