The collapse of Canada will arrive eventually, lead by Ontario.

Ron Sept is getting desperate.

He can't afford a car, his prescription medications, eyeglasses or new clothes, he said. He's stopped eating meat to save on groceries, which he can only buy with the money his son living overseas sometimes sends him. If you visit him in his one-bedroom apartment in Nanaimo, B.C., you'd have to sit on the floor, because he has one chair and no table.

Sept, 70, said he's depressed, especially since giving up the antidepressant he can't afford without insurance coverage. He's also anxious, lonely and said his health is suffering.

Why? Because 95 per cent of his pension goes to his $1,650 rent, leaving him with about $100 in his bank account each month for all other expenses. The amount, he said, is "ridiculously inadequate."

"Having to go crawling to family members on my hands and knees ... it puts people in such a difficult situation. And I think people who have lots of money don't really have any clue of what it's like to live without," Sept told CBC News.

I thought your government healthcare was terrific.

Here in America, there are hi-rise apartment buildings all around for destitute old people. Maybe Sept should get a job at Walmart, or the Canadian equivalent? There are a lot of decrepit geezers working at the ones around here.

Allowing 2.5 million immigrants into a country of 38 million over two years when there already were shortages in housing and healthcare was criminally insane.

No wonder so many people sleep in their car! $1,600 for rent! I would get comfortable in my back seat. I get what he is saying about meat. I can't afford it. I wish he could move in with his family. My neighbor did that when they jacked rent up $200! Tell him to flip over a card board box and that is his table. Cover it with a towel.

But 25 million here in the US of 315million is acceptable?

This is not the first bad economy that this country has experienced. In previous hard times resilient Americans found ways to survive. They included family assistance and good neighbors WITHOUT government intervention. The last 75+ years of big brother government has shown to be an unmitigated failure.

Long before Biden and his forced invasion, many often estimated that there were already up towards 20 million illegal aliens living here. Now some estimate that under Joe's watch, he has let in, bused in and flown in another 20 million.

So there is a potential 40 million illegals in this country or, in other words, around 12% of this country or about 1 in every 8 people is a foreign illegal. There is now almost as many illegals as there are blacks in this country, and by my experience going out these days, those figures would not surprise me.

One in five are illegal” immigrants non-citizens in CA schools. Do the math with two parents. Or anchor babies? 6-8 mil right there.

Prisoners are how many 10%? 25%? In CA That is 4-10 million there.
