That’s a valid question, but I hope that’s not what you think this is about. It’s not about loving guns, it’s about protecting liberty. Personally I hate guns, I absolutely detest things like hunting, I hate violence and I am pretty much antiwar. BUT I am a strong supporter of the Second Amendment. And the more I sense the government trying to get rid of it, the more I believe we need to protect it.

I don’t watch this schmuck on TV, but apparently he talks about the Second Amendment often. Fast forward to 2:30. I’m actually amazed at the reaction he got from the audience, to me that’s scary. Who was saying Democrats aren’t against the Second Amendment?

Besides, she is just one politician, there are numerous others calling for all sorts of unconstitutional gun bans, and there are leftists who claim that the Second Amendment is no longer needed or that it doesn’t apply to regular people. And as I said before, of course most gungrabber politicians are careful about what they say in regard to the Second Amendment, because they know that the majority of the public disagrees with them, and they know they would look like the anti-American authoritarians they truly are.

The 2nd unites people across party and ideological lines. One of my liberal acquaintances is vehemently anti-American values and pro-socialist. (Dumb as a rock about history).
